What products do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of designs that are perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, and other events. We professionally print and mail high-quality invitations, thank you cards, address labels, stickers, and 100% waterproof water bottle labels.
We also sell a full range of pre-personalized DIY printable party accessories that you print on your own such as favor tags, printable circles, cupcake wrapper and topper sets, buffet cards, straw flags, napkin rings, treat bag labels, pennant banners, and signs.
How do I get everything I need for my party?
First, choose your party stationery: invitations, thank you cards, water labels, stickers, and address labels. These can be "real" (printed and shipped) or DIY.
Then, decide on your DIY printable party decor. You can purchase a complete DIY printable party decor kit or select individual printable items, depending on your needs.
...and you're done! Easy peasy. : )
Can I choose to print my own invitations, water labels, etc.?
Yes - we offer printable versions of our invitations, thank you cards, and water bottle labels, and you can select a DIY printable file rather than a printed quantity when you place an order. The DIY equivalent of stickers are DIY printable 2" party circles.
Can you print my printables for me?
No - DIY printable files are only available in DIY format as shown.
Do you sell printable packages?
Yes! We offer complete DIY printable party decor kits. These kits include all of the printable party decor designs available in your theme, but at a 66% discount! (Invitations, thank you cards, water labels, stickers, and address labels - either printed and shipped or DIY - are all sold separately.)
ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION
Do you send proofs?
We will email you proofs of all printed items for your approval before we print and ship your order.
When you order a DIY printable invitation, we will email a proof for your approval before emailing you the final, printable file. All other DIY orders are not proofed; instead, we will personalize and email the files to you ASAP after you place your order.
Can I see a proof before ordering?
Sorry, no items will be customized before an order is placed.
I have twins. Can I add two names?
Yes! We can customize any product to include two names and the same age at no extra charge.
What types of payment do you accept?

Has my order shipped yet?
You will receive a shipping notice via email when your package is shipped.
Why hasn't my package arrived if you shipped it on Tuesday?
Please understand that the U.S. postal service does not guarantee delivery times no matter which shipping option is used, including Priority Mail and Express Mail. As everyone knows, every now and again you mail something and delivery just takes a tiny bit longer than normal. So, your patience is very much appreciated! Keep an eye on your tracking number for updates, and rest assured that if anything goes wrong with your order at any point, we will work with you to make things right.
Do you ship internationally?
We can only ship printed items within the United States. But, we're happy to "ship" our DIY printable files to you no matter where in the world you live!
INVITATIONS & THANK YOU CARDS
How are your cards printed?
Invitations and thank you cards are professionally printed by a local, eco-friendly print shop, using a large-scale print press. Then, orders are packaged with care and shipped from the Chickabug studio.
Are the cards nice and thick?
Our invitations and thank you cards are printed on the heaviest paper that the print press can handle. We get lots of compliments on the quality of our cards (and so will you!). : )
Are the cards matte or shiny?
We print using a silk finish, which has a slight sheen - it's the middle point between matte and shiny. It's our favorite style of finish and we think you'll love it too.
STICKERS, ADDRESS LABELS & WATER LABELS
Are stickers and address labels matte or shiny?
Matte.
Are your water bottle labels waterproof?
Yes - 100% waterproof. The colors will not run, smear, or otherwise be affected by moisture in any way. Throw them in a swimming pool and leave them for a week and they'll still look fabulous!
What brands do the water bottle labels fit?
Any brand that has a 2" tall label on it - or a label close to that size - will work beautifully. Your best bet is to simply take a ruler with you when you shop for your water (or use a business card for reference - the short side is 2" tall).

How do I put the water labels on?
Our water labels are self-adhesive. Just remove the manufacturer's label, then peel and stick on the new one. Done!
